Terms of service
The artworks presented on the website do not have fixed prices and are not sold through an automated checkout process. Clients may submit a non-binding offer for an artwork. A binding agreement is formed only once the artist has explicitly accepted the offer and all essential terms have been agreed.
Artwork prices and delivery costs are agreed individually between the client and the artist after an offer has been submitted and accepted. Delivery costs depend on the size of the artwork, the delivery destination, packaging requirements, and the selected delivery method.
All monetary values are expressed in Euros (€), unless agreed otherwise between the parties.

Delivery conditions and costs depend on the artwork’s size, weight, packaging requirements, and delivery destination. As prices are agreed individually, delivery fees are not calculated automatically.
Once an offer has been accepted, Evia Art coordinates with the client to determine the appropriate delivery method, costs, and estimated delivery timeframe.
Delivery may be arranged via courier services or personal handover, depending on the nature of the artwork and the client’s location. All artworks are carefully packaged using suitable materials to ensure safe transportation.
Delivery costs are not included in the artwork price unless explicitly agreed otherwise. Shipment or handover is arranged only after all delivery terms have been mutually confirmed.If the right of withdrawal does apply, the client has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the artwork.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the client is a legal entity.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the artwork must not be used in any way other than what is necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, and condition.
If the artwork has been used beyond this scope or shows signs of damage or wear, Evia Art has the right to reduce the refundable amount accordingly.
To initiate a return, the client must notify Evia Art by e-mail at evia@eviaart.com within 14 days of receiving the artwork.
The client bears the cost of returning the artwork unless the return is due to a defect or non-compliance with the agreed terms.
The artwork must be returned within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal notice or proof of return must be provided within this period.
Refunds are issued no later than 14 days after receiving the returned artwork or proof of return, whichever occurs first.
If the client has chosen a delivery method more expensive than the standard delivery option offered, Evia Art is not required to reimburse the additional costs.The client must notify Evia Art of any defect within two months of discovering it by e-mailing evia@eviaart.com or calling +371 2651 9359.
Evia Art is not responsible for defects caused after delivery due to improper handling, storage, or use.
If an artwork is found to be defective, Evia Art will arrange repair or replacement where possible. If repair or replacement is not possible, all payments related to the agreement will be refunded.
Evia Art will respond to complaints in written form within 15 days.
Direct marketing and processing of personal data
The online store only uses the personal data entered by the purchaser for processing the order and sending goods to the purchaser. The online store forwards personal data to the transport service provider in order to deliver the goods.
The online store sends newsletters and offers to the purchaser’s e-mail address only if the purchaser has expressed their wish to receive them by entering their e-mail address on the website and indicating their desire to receive direct mail.
The purchaser is able to opt-out of offers and newsletters sent to their e-mail address at any time by letting us know via e-mail or by following the instructions in an e-mail containing an offer.
Settlement of disputes
All complaints made by a purchaser about the online store must be e-mailed to or submitted by calling.
If the purchaser and the online store are not able to settle the dispute by agreement, the purchaser may contact the Consumer Dispute Committee. The Consumer Dispute Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from a contract between a purchaser and the online store. The resolution of disputes by the Consumer Dispute Committee is free of charge for the purchaser.
A purchaser may also turn to the dispute resolution bodies of the European Union.
